Sometimes we're guests

 

Just to prove the party is not always at our house.  Our dear neighbors host not 1 but 2 (!) Thanksmas parties each holiday season - 1 for English speakers and 1 for French speakers. 

Our hosts definitely know how to host a soirée

The origin of their Thanksmas celebration is one grounded in hope, and it's a testament to our hosts' faith in humanity that this tradition lives on decades out.

This was our first and it was such fun.  Beautiful setting, a decorate-your-plate contest, amazing food, and of course the white elephant exchange.  Honored to be included!
